Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RustyBallz website and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You sign in with Steam OpenID. You are responsible for activity on your account and for complying with Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement and Rust's game terms. We may suspend or remove site access for abuse, cheating, harassment, or violations of server rules.
Community site and game server
The Service provides community features such as stats, leaderboards, reports, and rewards tied to our Rust game server. In-game items delivered through rewards are subject to server availability, RCON delivery, and your being online with inventory space. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the game server or the website.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Do not submit false reports or manipulate stats or reward points.
- Staff decisions on moderation, rewards, and server administration are final for operation of the Service.

If you interact with our Discord bot, you also agree to Discord's Terms of Service and Discord's Privacy Policy. Bot commands may be restricted to authorized users and channels.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or the game server.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
