This Privacy Policy describes how RustyBallz ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and related services (the "Service"), including optional Discord bot features.
Information we collect
- Steam login: When you sign in with Steam, we receive your Steam ID, display name, and avatar URL from Steam OpenID. We store this to identify your account, link in-game stats, and operate rewards.
- Gameplay and stats: Player statistics synced from the game server (for example challenge or Oxide stats) are stored to power leaderboards, your profile, and reward points.
- Site activity: We may store last-seen timestamps, reports you submit, reward claims, and staff moderation actions relevant to the Service.
- Discord bot (if you use it): When you send commands to our bot, Discord provides your Discord user ID and message content needed to run the command. We may log commands for administration and security.
- Technical data: Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URLs) and session cookies required for login and security.
How we use information
- Operate accounts, stats, leaderboards, reports, and rewards.
- Administer the game server and enforce community rules.
- Send optional admin alerts (for example pending server updates) to configured Discord channels.
- Protect the Service from abuse and troubleshoot issues.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to run the Service (for example Steam for authentication, hosting providers, or Discord when you use bot features) or when required by law.
Retention
We retain account and gameplay-related data for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the Service. You may ask us to delete or anonymize your site account where feasible; some logs may be retained for security or legal compliance.
Your choices
- You can stop using the Service and log out at any time.
- Discord bot commands are optional; do not invoke the bot if you do not want Discord message processing.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
